Application Overview

We welcome applications from mission-driven organizations seeking research-backed support in strategy, leadership, or organizational change. Because we take on a limited number of pro bono engagements each year, we ask that applicants provide enough context for us to assess fit, feasibility, and impact.

To be considered, please complete the application form and include the following:

1. Organization Overview

  • Brief description of your mission and key programs

2. Project Goals

  • What challenge or opportunity are you hoping to address?

  • What kind of support are you seeking (e.g. strategic planning, decision frameworks, leadership development)?

  • What would success look like at the end of the engagement?

3. Team Readiness

  • Who will be involved on your side (titles or roles)?

  • Is there leadership buy-in for this initiative?

  • Are there any time constraints or deadlines we should know about?

4. Impact Potential

  • How would this work advance your mission or business goals?

  • Who would benefit most from this engagement (e.g. staff, clients, community)?
