Making an
impact today

Evidence-based strategy for those creating real-world impact.

At the Cadris Group, we believe access to rigorous, research-backed consulting should not be limited by budget alone. Each year, we commit to a select number of pro bono partnerships with organizations whose missions align with our values and whose work creates measurable impact.

We prioritize applications from:

  • 501(c)(3) nonprofits advancing systemic change, equity, or scientific literacy

  • Established for-profit small businesses with a proven record of profitability and a clearly defined need for strategic or organizational support

Our pro bono clients receive the same level of care, research depth, and strategic rigor as our commercial clients. However, due to capacity and fit, we are only able to accept a limited number of engagements each year.

If you believe your organization would benefit from a partnership grounded in peer-reviewed research and practical outcomes, we welcome you to apply.

Apply for Consideration

Please complete the
application form. We review submissions on a rolling basis through October 1 and will follow up directly if there is a potential fit. Applications received after October will be considered for 2026 2H.

 FAQs

  • We prioritize applications from U.S.-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and small for-profit businesses with a demonstrated history of profitability. International organizations may be considered on a case-by-case basis if they meet our criteria for mission alignment and operational readiness.

  • We support projects that align with our core services: evidence-based strategy, leadership and decision architecture, and organizational innovation. Typical engagements include strategic planning, research translation, leadership frameworks, and change management support.

Please note: We do not do pro bono DiSC leadership assessments at this time. Reach out to use if you are interested in contracting this service at a subsidized rate.

  • We accept a limited number of pro bono engagements annually—typically no more than 2–3—to ensure each client receives the depth of attention and research rigor we bring to all of our work.

  • Pro bono clients receive the same level of service as our fee-based clients, including tailored research, annotated decision briefs, strategic tools, and access to our consulting team. The scope and timeline will be defined collaboratively to match your goals and our available capacity.

  • At the application stage, no. However, upon selection nonprofits must submit a valid IRS determination letter. For-profit applicants must provide basic financial documentation showing consistent revenue and operational history (e.g. P&L statement, tax filing, or verified sales records).

  • We evaluate based on mission alignment, organizational readiness, potential for impact, and fit with our expertise. Preference is given to projects that have clear leadership commitment and defined goals.

  • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis until capacity is filled. We recommend applying early in the calendar year for best consideration.

  • Complete the application form. If your organization is selected for consideration, we will contact you for an introductory conversation to explore fit and clarify goals.

  • Yes. We encourage you to reapply during the next cycle if your organization continues to meet the eligibility criteria.
